The job

You will work as part of an international team of UX designers, visual and interaction designers and developers to develop innovative products, services and platforms. Your technical role will be that of the UX designer at all project and product development stages from research though to implementation.

Your tasks
- You will work with your team on UX result types from research to wireframes, prototypes and documentation
- You will plan and structure work packages and partial projects with consideration given to methodology and process
- You will present the results of projects to customers
- You will expand upon your own knowledge of the sector and your UX expertise, share your knowledge with your team and the rest of the company and gain some initial experience in training junior colleagues´
- You will embody and convey the culture and identity of Experience One and help to develop these further
Your experiences
- You have a solid understanding of UX processes (finding solutions, implementation,validation), a high affinity for technology and strong design abilities
- You are proficient in the use of wireframing and prototyping tools as well as UX methods and know how to present your work well
- You are able to demonstrate your experience with a comprehensive and up-to-date portfolio
- You don’t settle for the first good idea you come up with and are able to easily understand and structure complex topics and issues
