Director (Business) Operations (all genders)

In order to succeed with our mission we are seeking an exceptional talent to lead our business operations and services devision as part of our executive management team. It is a key function for the growth of our company, and will be part of the leadership team guiding the business to achieve its full potential. The role will start as a Director Business Operations and will be upgraded based on a trustworthy collaboration and operational success to a COO role.

Your contribution

  1. Key activities

    • You will directly lead teams of about 15 people in human relations, communication, technology services and project management
    • You will oversee our entire value chain and develop our operating model tp contribute to sustainable and innovative business
    • As the Director Business Operations you will work closely with our clients, partners and leader- ship team to turn our strategic narrative into reality
    • You will have to apply a growth mindset and go beyond our core business and into new ventures, processes and organisation models
    • You will oversee our innovation budget, execute transformation projects and continuously work on new technologies to improve our delivery chain
  2. Your skills

    • We work in a collaborative team and expect a strong leader with empathy and the power to inspire teams to do the best work
    • With a solid background in management complex projects you are striving to always do things in a new and better way, mainly simplifying things wherever possible
    • You are a strong leader with significant experience in client service direction
    • You are a communicator that can bring teams together to align everyone for the big picture
    • Ideally, you have experience in building and scaling a company towards a three-digit work force
    • You are a curious mind and open to new possibilities
