Senior Digital Strategist (all genders)

The job

As a Senior Digital Strategist (all genders) at Experience One, you will be part of an interdisciplinary concept, design, and development team. Together we support our customers in optimizing the entire customer experience - based on customer insights, data-based analyses, and strategic know-how. We put the end user at the center of our work in all our projects. With your entrepreneurial and structured approach, you can independently design projects, always with a lot of empathy and sensitivity for our customers and their end users.

  1. Your tasks

    • Take over the strategic and content-related management of one of our customers in the healthcare sector
    • As an impulse generator and idea finder, you will shape our customers' future direction with your colleagues in an interdisciplinary team
    • Developing strategies for the introduction and operationalization of new products and/or services
    • Development of new topics and business areas within our but also new (digital) customers
    • Independent execution and preparation of market analyses for internal as well as external purposes, structuring, elaboration, and preparation of result reports
  2. Your skills

    • With several years of experience in digital strategy, you have worked on digital products and services that have improved the customer experience for your customers. You support the process with customer insights, data-based analysis, and your strategic know-how and think about suitable collaboration models
    • Thanks to your entrepreneurial mindset, you understand what your customers need and how you can best support them in achieving their goals. You consult and challenge briefings to ensure that the projects your team is working on accomplish the client's goals
    • You can independently develop custom-fit strategies for digital projects and turn them into compelling presentations
    • You have strong conceptual and analytical skills and can efficiently structure and lead complex processes
    • Pattern recognition in large data sets and the underlying factors in problems are no challenge for you
    • With your communicative style, you can communicate our solutions convincingly and eloquently and convince the customer and their end customers with empathy and sensitivity
