- Embedded within an interdisciplinary team, you shape pioneering digital solutions appreciated for their originality and functionality
- With a penchant for accuracy and attention to detail, you oversee the entire project – from the first line of code, bug fixing, to the final documentation
- You play a significant role in the creation process and steadily take on more technical responsibility for your project
- Adaptable to both linear (Waterfall, V-Model) and agile (Scrum, Kanban) project organizations, you excel in various working environments
- Collaborating with your team, you question processes, introduce best practices, thereby influencing software and backend engineering at Experience One
Your Skills

- To you software engineering is a craft and you take it to heart to write well-structured and clean code that's comprehensible for your team members
- You have hands-on experience with Java, Kotlin or Go in implementing microservices, cloud architectures and web applications
- Managing SQL/NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB is within your familiarity and you've gained insights into API deployment
- You've had initial exposure to modern automated build and deployment processes as well as testing procedures
- Fluent in German and/or English. If you only have English language skills, basic knowledge of German is necessary
