The Mercedes me Store app received two awards for its first-class user experience at the “Deutscher Digital Award”.

The personalized app provides customers with individual recommendations that include purchase history, vehicle ownership, and contextual factors such as region. In addition, it enables customers to book vehicle-based services flexibly and directly. Furthermore, the app takes an innovative marketplace approach that transforms the vehicle from a simple means of transportation to a connected living environment.

In both categories “Mobile Apps | User Experience/Usability” and “Digital Commerce | User Experience/Usability/Conversational Commerce”, Experience One was able to convince the jury with its Mercedes me Store app and gets awarded.

The “Deutscher Digital Award” is an award for digital excellence from the German Digital Industry Association (Bundesverband Digitale Wirtschaft—BVDW) and the Media and Film Society Baden-Württemberg (Medien- und Filmgemeinschaft—MFG).
