Generative AI has the potential to fundamentally change the way we work together, create value and manage people. Kai Müller has already proven that this is already possible with his own digital twin.

As part of the World Economic Forum 2024 in Davos, Kai Müller shared his insights at "The Art of Business" event organized by SAP's Intelligent Enterprise Institute. The key points of his keynote speech as part of the "Uncertainty & Leadership" session on January 15:

  • Digital twins already have the potential to take on many CEO tasks. However, today's AI still lacks the fundamental skills that make a great leader: Awareness, compassion and wisdom. These things cannot (yet) be replicated artificially.
  • The AI transformation that has now begun requires CEOs who are more human than ever before.
  • AI thrives on a wealth of data, but that alone is not enough: Companies need to move away from a pure data strategy to a knowledge strategy that makes previous experiences and decisions accessible.

The panel talk on "Future-proof Decision-Making" featured an exciting exchange with Niko Mohr (McKinsey) and Abhas Ricky (Cloudera).
