ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL-E and the like: AI tools have encouraged us to experiment with revolutionary technologies in recent years. However, those who are unable to implement the tried and tested in real projects are losing a decisive competitive advantage.

What began with FOMO (Fear of missing out) is developing into FOBO, the fear of becoming obsolete. This is because further development is taking place at a rapid pace - with each development step, the barriers to using and implementing AI are becoming lower. However, companies, whether large corporates or SMEs, should now be in a position to turn AI experiments into genuinely successful projects. And not run the risk of getting lost along the way, similar to other major transformation projects.

AI projects need to be implemented now so that companies - whether large corporations or SMEs - can secure a competitive advantage through innovation.
Nina Haller says that companies must now take action in order to use AI as a competitive advantage.

In the creative industries, but also in other companies, AI can not only increase efficiency, but is also a real catalyst for innovation. The technology is changing organization, strategy, culture and role perceptions. Companies need to be aware of these changes, view and understand them individually and take action - and not simply sit out the development.

In the latest edition of the "STRAT TALKS" podcast, Nina Haller, CMO Experience One, talks about what companies need now to use AI for innovation in a targeted manner.
