Stuttgart/Frankfurt/Berlin, Dezember 7th, 2023—Experience One continues to rely strongly on technology as a driver of innovation. The partner to global corporations has appointed Sebastian Luxem (39) as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This decision is a strategic step for Experience One on its way to becoming the leading partner for AI-driven experiences.

Sebastian Luxem—recently Director Technology—has been advising international corporations such as Mercedes Benz, Audi, Bosch, Postbank and KfW on digital customer experiences for more than 15 years. In his new role, he will mainly focus on the strategic and visionary use of new technologies for innovative solutions in international customer projects.

We can now develop new technologies even better and faster and scale them to a productive enterprise mode. Therefor we can provide our customers' CIOs and CTOs the decisive edge they need to deploy growth technologies profitably.
Sebastian Luxem predicts a faster and better understanding and implementation of new growth technologies.

Sebastian Luxem is convinced that generative AI will fundamentally change software development. Back in 2015, in collaboration with the Fraunhofer Institute IAIS, he developed the first adaptive recommendation engine for Mercedes-Benz, a kind of intelligent product advice system. Due to the rapid pace of development of new generative AI technologies and tools, the existing AI expertise has been expanded in recent months to include tech experts for generative AI.

Milestone on the way to becoming the leading company for AI-driven experiences

The expanded interdisciplinary AI division combines disciplines from development to user experience. The team recently developed software for the configuration of digital AI agents and tapped into the potential for internationally rolled-out web platforms. This software is being used in current customer projects ranging from energy and financial consulting to knowledge management.

With Sebastian Luxem as CTO, we are reaching an important milestone on the way to our declared corporate goal of becoming the leading address for AI-driven experiences. I am delighted to be working with him to drive forward the innovative strength of Experience One and to play a decisive role in shaping the 'AI made in Germany' seal of quality as a partner to major German corporations.
Kai Müller emphasizes the importance of the decision to appoint Sebastian Luxem as the new CTO.
